Refund Policy

Ugly Colorz offers returns on all full price merchandise within 30 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can follow the link here: RETURNS. If your return is accepted, a label will be automatically generated for you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note, that a return shipping fee and restocking fee is associated with returns and exchanges. If you item is returned for any other reason than the one specified, it will not be accepted for return.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at any FedEx location or Canada Post, leave it with your doorman/mailroom. All returns are shipped back to our studio. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. Delivery dates may vary depending where you are shipping from. 

 

International Returns

Ugly Colorz does not accept international returns. All fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer, if an exception is made for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you opt in to use Route you can resolve the issue directly with them using the link above.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Ugly Colorz has the right to refuse returns. If you are outside our 30 day return period, you have altered the artwork 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Ugly Colorz does not offer exchanges on International orders.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
